EV Infrastructure – Manly 11 Units
Scope of works: to install Electrical EV Infrastructure as per feasibility assessment:
EV Infrastructure inclusions: LMS (Power Load Management)
Ocular LMS Control Module -Controls1-50 chargers
To wire and install 32-amp single-phase, 7 kW-ready EV charger circuits in each garage space. The circuits were wired from the EVDB in the main switchroom next to the main switchboard.
Each circuit was fitted with Type A RCD protection and an isolation switch in each garage, ready to connect the EV charger. All cable trays and mounting equipment were included as per the provided reflected ceiling diagram/plan. There were 11 units in total.
- Wire and install Cat 6 Data links/control cable from the EVDB location to each garage (x 11) for load management charger functions. Data and control cables are terminated in the switch room’s patch panel and wall-mount rack.
- Wire and install two Wi-Fi access points in the car park for premium coverage of EV vehicle firmware updates and EV and Charger app usage.
- Ocular Dynamic Load Management – To supply and, install, and commission Ocular Load Control Module For 1-50 chargers (Load management system)
- Supply wire and install the EVDB in the main switch room, connecting to the individual unit electrical meters as per the provided plan.
